A unique red-white blend starring Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and some Blaufrankisch too.
Complex yet highly drinkable.
Definetly more Pinot Noir-ish. Kind of like a Jura red in style. Light, elegant and layered. Fruity bouquet of underripe berries but also some note from the gris coming through such as orange and quince. Lots of sour red cherry, strawberry but also some earthiness and vegetal character. Full of life and energy as is the Nestarec hallmark. Fantastic wine.
