Vino del Poggio Rosato 2020

A striking rosato made from Barbera. Off-dry and slight fizz. Raspberry soda, cherry and lavender. Candied berries, dried cranberry and ribena.

Andrea is part of the talented new-wave winemaking community in Emilia-Romagna and their fame partly eminates from the international success of wineries such as La Stoppa. They are of the same breed, ethos and 'familia' of winemakers and have built a strong community of natural winemakers who share experience, knowlege and I'm sure a few good bottles too. 
Made from just 4 hectares, the wines of Vino del Poggio are known for their passion, character and patience. They are wines that are full of character but have been given time to become their best selves before release.
