Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested with a first triage in the vines and second on the sorting table in the winery. After 15 days of maceration, the wine is gently pressed and aged on lees in stainless steel tank, for about one year. Bottled with zero addition of sulfur (10ppm total), unfined and unfiltered.
Tasting: Cherry coke, figs & earth.
