A nice big buttery chardonnay for some rich, creamy dishes. Or if you're like me because it's Tuesday and are feeling like something a bit fancy. This is wonderfully balanced between a naturally produced yet classic oaked chardonnay. I think it's a great bridge between worlds for many wine-o's from either end of the spectrum.
