Gewurz is one of Sean's absolute favs. It's a variety of great versatility, refined flavour and fun. This one is wearing an orange coat from skin contact, 3 weeks of maceration then ageing for 8 months in oak on lees. A complex character who can be a love him or hate him kinda guy.
