Another wow! What I typically love about the Syfany wines that I've enjoyed to-date is their elegant restraint. The wines are often quiet achievers of real craft which I personally really appreciate. This however, is not that. This is obviously them really letting their hair down and going wild. This is funky stuff, approach with caution and an open mind and you will really be treated to something bold and beautiful.
Syfany winery is a family affair from the village of Vrbice, South Moravia, Czechia. Lots of heart. Plenty of local character, craft and patience comes through in their wines. They are wines that aren't rushed and aren't waiting for your compliments - just honest and personal craft. I really think they are onto a good thing.
