A blend from a range of cool Victorian vineyards including the prime Pinot Noir region of Mornington Peninsula.
The wine has great aromatics, balance and finesse.
Natural ferment and gentle handling. Light, easy drinking style.
Bright red fruit of raspberry, cherry and cranberry with some blackfruit including blackcurrant and blackberry. A fine bright palate. Precise and defined with subtle tannin. It's drinking beautifully now but 3 to 5 years well-cellared would do no harm either.
